The conference only publish full papers, if you want your paper be published, you need send us the full paper.
The full paper should be at least 4 full pages and less than 9 pages. The authors should admit that the submitted paper is original, unpublished, and not submitted concurrently for publication elsewhere.

Steps for Paper Submission 投稿步骤

1. Create an EasyChair account. (For new user) | 投稿系统创建账户
2. Click on the following link URL | 投稿链接: 请点击此处
3. Enter EasyChair user name and password | 输入账户名和密码
4. Fill the details and upload the paper in pdf | 填写信息完成文章上传
5. Wait for the response from ICAIA Team | 会议负责人发邮件并告知文章编号

Manuscript Submission 稿件说明

Papers will be reviewed based on the relevance, innovation, integrality, the “literary” presentation and the technical depth. Manuscript should contains text, in sequence of title, authors and their affiliations, abstract, keywords, main text part, acknowledgments, references and figure/table captions list in PDF document (maximum 9 pages, including references and tables). Papers should present in a concise way the purpose of the paper, main theoretical framework/ assumptions and if applicable research methods and preliminary and/or expected results.

Reviewing Process 审稿流程

1. All manuscripts will be subjected to blind peer-reviewing and are expected to meet the scientific criteria of novelty and academic excellence.
2. The corresponding author is responsible for ensuring that the article’s publication has been approved by all other co-authors and takes responsibility for the paper during submission and peer review.
3. Review comments will be communicated to you and you may require to do necessary revisions and send revised paper on or before prescribed day.

Plagiarism Policy

The content of any submissions should be original and must not be submitted simultaneously for consideration towards publication in any other conference or journal. Reuse of material previously published by the authors is possible under the conditions that the authors fully disclose (cite) the reference and clearly highlight the innovative contribution of the ICAIA submission and the significance of this contribution.
